SEPTEMBER 2011, GARAGE CONVERSION, KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT, NEW SHOWER ROOM

Garage conversion with a brand new shower room. Alteration and fitting new kitchen. Laying new wooden and tiles flooring for hall, kitchen and the new converted room. Installing new boiler and changing the whole plumbing system.

We have chosen Yarema over the other builders we consulted for a few obvious reasons. On our first meeting we were impressed on how experienced they were. They understood our requests and demands straight away and came back with a clear and fair quote within days. They were easy to communicate and never failed to impress us with their quick responses. Not only they were good at their work, they also showed great respect for our privacy and always kept the house cleaned after they have finished. We would definitely use Yarema again in our future projects and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a honest builder. From start to finish Yarema have proved to be the most reliable tradespeople that we've ever dealt with. The detailed quote was an initial indication of the high standards that they keep. Before work started we had the extra challenge of getting permission from Thames Water, and the Yarema team were very helpful in offering advice and adapting the plans to get our project underway. What would otherwise have been a nightmare scenario was completed within budget and with an impressive quality of work. Yarema were recommended to me and refurbished my bathroom and kitchen and did a fantastic job. Their quote was competitive and from the beginning they were very professional and also provided some useful ideas and recommendations for the design of the kitchen. They were extremely helpful and flexible throughout the project, which was much appreciated, for example picking up materials for me and ensuring they were on the property to receive deliveries (eg cooker). The work was done to a very high standard and they ensured that they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends!

Yarema have just completed a full refurbishment of both my bathroom and kitchen.
From their initial response to my request for a quote, to completion of both projects Yarema were totally professional in every way.
They took excellent care of the overall project management, coordinated most of the purchasing and delivery for me, and came up with many creative enhancements to my original design ideas.
On top of this, the quality of their work is of an excellent standard and both projects were delivered on schedule and as per the original quote. They were very communicative with me and my home was treated with respect throughout the whole process.
In short I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Yarema to anyone. In fact I already have!

Yarema were recommended highly by a colleague, and right from the initial quotation to the finished work, I could see why.  They are trustworthy, and delightful people, efficient, and high quality builders.  They coped perfectly with my own exacting standards, and built me a new kitchen with a mixture of flatpack and high quality materials.  The end result is still fabulous over a year later.  They also made good some previous work in my bathroom that I had been left with by some cowboy builders some time previously.  I cannot recommend Yarema highly enough, and indeed have done so to many friends and colleagues who are also extremely pleased with the work they have done.

YAREMA Ltd has recently completed a bathroom refurbishment in my London flat. The extent of the works included:

• Removal of all old tiles and bathroom suite
• Plastering, plumbing, painting and electrical works including placing of new down lighters, extractor fan and shaver socket
• Retiling walls, floor and bath surround in natural stone
• Replacement of new bathroom suite, shower screen, taps, mirrors, towel radiator and bathroom accessories
• Placing of new door and door furniture
• Removal of all rubbish

All of the above has been completed to a very high standard, on time and to the original quote. The team involved was always punctual and friendly yet had a professional approach. I intend to have further refurbishment works done by YAREMA Ltd and have no hesitation in recommending them to others contemplating a similar project. September 2008, BATHROOM AND KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT

YAREMA Ltd was my preferred contractor engaged to carry out the refurbishment of my apartment in SW1. The work included:

• Renovating the bathroom including replacing the bathroom suite. Tiling and installing shower

• Renovating the kitchen including the replacement of all units with custom build shelving and work surfaces

• Removal of old fireplace and the installation of new cast iron insert and surround

During the course of the project I made some changes to the original works and these new 'additions' were priced into the job without a sizeable overrun on budget. I am happy to recommend this family firm and will be happy to take any reference request.
